Please join us for the 11th Annual “Season of Lights” concert. Flamingo, Thai dancers, Japanese jazz, and more will start the Winter season off on a grand note. I will be performing with Thousand Waves, and perhaps a bit more here and there!

Dear Friends, Saturday November 18th Casa Della Zisa Presents: Thousand Waves' "West Meets East" Concert. The eclectic program will include Japanese koto music by Sawai as well as the music of Mozart, Pujol, Barrios, Ponce, and Roland Dyens. Special guest performer Shigemi Getter will join Yukiko Vossen in duo koto performance. I will be returning to Portland to perform some new works with koto and guitar. The best and brightest Mid-Cape keyboard musicians will present an afternoon of outstanding classical music April 30 at the Chatham Congregational Church. Joe Marchio, Maury Castro, Art McManus, Lucy Banner, Anne Perrault, Janice Mills, Josette Goff, Rebecca LeDuc and others will present a program ranging from Brahms, Debussy and Chopin to Scott Joplin on piano and organ. Other musicians, including Sarah Marchio on bagpipes, Christian Holleck on cello and LeeAnn McKenna on flute will join these stars in a series of duets. It promises to be a varied and exciting program.
The concert benefits the Chatham Music Club’s scholarship fund. Every year, the Club holds a scholarship competition to support accomplished local students in their classical music studies. Since 2001, the Club has awarded over $30,000 in scholarships.
Suggested donation is $15 at the door; a reception for all follows the concert. The First Congregational Church of Chatham, which is handicap accessible, is on Main Street in Chatham at the rotary. Parking is available on Main Street or the large parking lot behind the Orpheum Theater.
